    A History of Helping Others

    "Ray's Automotive didn't become Waterbury's top choice overnight for auto body and collision repairs. Our success evolved over a period of three decades! Present day, Ray's continues to delivery outstanding quality work and excellent service."

    1984

    When you call us, we first begin by sending out a questionnaire regarding what exactly you’re looking for.

    It all starts here! Ray's started in the collision repair industry and began to deliver nothing but quality work for customers.



    1988

    Based on your responses to our questionnaire, we can then come up with an estimate for your custom remodel so you are aware of around how much it will cost to begin the project.

    After gaining years of valuable experience, the first body shop was opened.



    2011

    We will schedule an in home appointment with you to look at your space and figure out the scope of work.

    Ray's Automotive was formerly incorporated after years of success. The expansion of Ray's was a significant achievement as we continued to grow into Waterbury's premiere auto body shop.



    2016

    Ray's launched an official expansion project to accommodate major insurance collision repair programs.

    2017

    We then order materials to either our facility or directly to your home, come up with a 3D rendering of what your bathroom will look like when finished, and begin construction.

    Ray's received citations by Connecticut General Assembly for community improvements in Waterbury.


    2022

    We surpassed 150 5-star reviews (and counting) on Google as one of the highest-rated shops in the Waterbury area.
